How to Insert Any Macro

Key Rules
- Tab macros cannot be nested inside another tab macro - use Advanced Expand for secondary grouping within a tab
- Conditional macros check group names at render time - group names are case-sensitive and must match exactly as they appear in Confluence Admin → Groups
- Macro settings save when you click Save on the panel - you still need to Publish the page to make changes visible to others
