Sharing and Collaboration

  • All users with access to the Jira project see the same saved portfolios
  • The app uses last-save-wins - simultaneous edits by two users can overwrite each other
  • Communicate with your team before making structural changes to a shared portfolio

Tips

  • Prefix portfolio names with a team or quarter: "Platform - Q3 2025 Roadmap"
  • Archive old portfolios by prefixing with "[Archive]" rather than deleting - historical portfolios may be referenced in past reports
