Ready-to-use prompts for the Pulse AI Assistant on each section. Open the relevant section in Pulse AI, click the floating Ask Pulse AI button (bottom-right), and paste any prompt below.

Note: The Pulse AI Assistant reads and reasons about scan data. It does not autonomously execute changes in Jira. All remediation actions must be performed manually by an admin.

Dashboard Prompts

Ask from the Dashboard:

"Why is our Pulse Score low this week?"
"Which pillar is dragging our score down the most?"
"Summarise the top 5 High findings from the last scan."
"What are the most impactful things we can fix to raise our Pulse Score?"

Governance - Users

Ask from Governance → Users:

"How many dormant users do we have and when was their last activity?"
"List all admin accounts that have been inactive for more than 60 days."
"Which users have no group membership?"
"Who is over-permissioned - admin on more than 15 projects?"

Governance - Permissions & Groups

Ask from Permissions or Groups:

"Which permission schemes are orphaned - not assigned to any project?"
