Navigate to Governance → Permissions for a permission scheme audit. Key metrics: total schemes, orphaned schemes (zero projects assigned), and schemes with conflicting or excessive permission entries.
Key Metrics

| Total Schemes | All permission schemes in the instance. |
| Healthy Schemes | Schemes with no findings. |
| SD Customer Grants | Schemes using Service Desk Customer role grants. |
| App Role Grants | Schemes using application-role-based grants. |
| Orphaned Schemes | Schemes with zero projects assigned - candidates for deletion. |
Note: The Default Permission Scheme and Default Software Scheme are protected (Guard) objects. Pulse AI will not flag these for deletion.
