Navigate to Governance → Groups for Jira group directory hygiene.
Summary Cards
| Summary Card | Description |
|---|---|
| Total Groups | All Jira groups synced, including system groups. |
| Empty Groups | Groups with zero members. Candidates for cleanup. |
| Unreferenced | Groups not referenced in any permission, notification, or work item security scheme. |
| Oversized Groups | Groups with unusually large membership. |
| Healthy Groups | Groups that pass all health checks. |
Note: Jira system groups (e.g., jira-administrators, jira-software-users) are Guard objects and will not be flagged for deletion.
