States & Outcomes (Statuses & Resolutions)
Navigate to Workflows & Schemes → States & Outcomes. The States & Outcomes group expands to Statuses and Resolutions sub-items.
Statuses
| Finding | Description |
|---|---|
| Orphaned | Status not used in any workflow. |
| No Category | Status has no valid category (To Do / In Progress / Done). |
| Name Conflicts | Same name, different category. |
Resolutions
| Finding | Severity | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Unused | Medium | Resolution not applied to any issue. |
| Overloaded | High | Too many issues mapping to one resolution. |
| Broken Workflow references | High | Resolution referenced in a workflow transition that no longer exists. |
| No Default Set | High | Required for auto-resolve workflow transitions. |
