Totals, Formatting & Export
Control summary rows/columns, number and date formatting, drill-through behavior, and how to export your pivot data.
Summary Rows and Columns

| Show Totals Row | Adds a sum row at the bottom of the table |
| Show Totals Column | Adds a sum column on the right |
| Show Percentage Column | Shows each row value as a percentage of the grand total |
| Show Average Column | Adds an average column - choose basis: all values or non-zero values only |
Number Formatting

Date Field Formatting
When a date field is used as a row or column field, you can control how the dates are grouped and displayed:

Set a different format per date field - so Sprint can show as week-level while Created Date shows as month-level.
Make Values Clickable (Drill-Through)
When enabled, any cell value in the table becomes a clickable link. Clicking a cell opens the matching list of Jira issues in a new browser tab.
This lets you go from summary to detail in one click - without leaving the dashboard.
Note: Drill-through works on table display types. It is not available for chart display types.
Legend and Color

Export

Tip: Export as CSV to analyze the pivot data in Excel or Google Sheets. The exported file preserves all row and column headers so you can apply your own formulas and conditional formatting.
