End User License Agreement

Reports, Charts, Templates, CQL & Export for Confluence Published by Clovity

By installing or using Reports, Charts, Templates, CQL & Export for Confluence ("the App"), you agree to the following terms.

1. License Grant

Clovity grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely within your Atlassian Confluence Cloud instance, subject to the terms of this agreement and the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use.

2. Permitted Use

  • Install and use the App on your licensed Confluence Cloud site
  • Insert the App's macros on Confluence pages for reporting and data visualization purposes
  • Configure reports, export data, and share configurations within your organization

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or transfer the App to any third party
  • Use the App in violation of Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the App

4. Data & Privacy

  • The App accesses Confluence content solely to render reports in real-time
  • No report data is stored or transmitted outside of your Atlassian Cloud instance
  • The App complies with Atlassian's security and data residency requirements
  • User data is processed in accordance with Clovity's Privacy Policy

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including all code, templates, documentation, and associated materials, is the intellectual property of Clovity. Nothing in this agreement transfers ownership of the App or any of its components to you.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Clovity does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clovity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

8. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your license to use the App terminates automatically if you breach any terms of this agreement or cease your Atlassian Marketplace subscription.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
