Common Issues & Resolutions
| Issue | Resolution |
|---|---|
| Dashboard shows no data after OAuth | Click Run Scan. Verify OAuth status indicator shows 'Connected'. |
| Pulse Score not updated after fixing findings | Score updates after the next scan. Click Run Scan to trigger immediately. |
| Pulse AI Assistant panel not opening | FAB is not shown on Settings or Help views. Navigate to any section view. |
| Assistant gives a generic answer | Ensure a scan has completed. The assistant loads MongoDB summaries from the last scan - stale data gives stale answers. |
| Section shows "No data" after scan | The sync step for this domain may have failed. Click Run Scan again and check Scan History in Settings for partial failures. |
| Scan History shows "Never" | No completed scan has been recorded yet. Click Run Now in Settings → Scan Schedule. |
| Chat History is empty | Stores the last 10 successful assistant queries per user. Empty if no queries have been submitted yet. |
| Scan is stuck on "Running" for > 2 hours | Pulse AI automatically marks stale running jobs as failed after 2 hours. Re-trigger via Run Scan. |
