Sprints & Delivery
Sprint Risk Thresholds
Pulse AI applies risk thresholds based on sprint utilisation percentage to flag delivery risk before it becomes a problem.
Risk Threshold Bands
| Badge | Utilisation % | Colour | Recommended Action |
|---|---|---|---|
| On Track | < 100% | Teal / Green | No action needed. |
| Tight | 100–114% | Amber | Monitor daily. Consider deferring lower-priority items. |
| At Risk | 115–149% | Amber / Orange | Scope reduction recommended. Review blockers. |
| Overcommitted | ≥ 150% | Red | Immediate scope reduction required. |
Boards Sub-View
The Boards sub-tab (accessible from the table view toggle in the topbar) shows all Scrum boards: board name, associated project, sprint count, and average velocity per board.
Pulse AI Assistant for Sprint Data
Example prompts for sprint intelligence:
- "Which stories in this sprint are at risk of not completing?"
- "What is the average carryover rate across all boards over the last 3 sprints?"
- "Show me the top 5 stories to defer from the overcommitted sprint."
- "Generate a JQL filter for all overdue items in the current sprint."
Note: The Pulse AI Assistant can read and reason about sprint data. It does not move issues between sprints - those decisions require business context and must be executed by an admin.
