End User License Agreement

Content Formatting Macros: Tabs Navigation Visibility CSS Developed and maintained by Clovity

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using Content Formatting Macros (the "App"), you ("User") agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.

2. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Clovity grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App within your Atlassian Confluence Cloud instance solely for your internal business purposes, in accordance with the applicable Atlassian Marketplace terms.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use the App to develop competing products
  • Sublicense or resell the App
  • Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the App

4. Intellectual Property

The App and all associated intellectual property rights are owned by Clovity. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Clovity.

5. Data and Privacy

The App operates within the Atlassian Confluence Cloud environment. Clovity does not transmit your Confluence page content or attachment data to external servers beyond what is required for license verification with the Atlassian Marketplace.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. CLOVITY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CLOVITY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP. CLOVITY'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and destroy all copies in your possession.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
